Modern architecture with its quirky shapes, ambitious designs, new materials and cutting-edge styles has brought and continues to bring many amazing buildings to the world. And while in 1950s and ’60s no one could ever imagine about high-rise rooftop forests, artificial islands and underwater resorts, today innovative architecture comes with novel solutions, creating truly amazing futuristic buildings in superior locations, which easily rotate, float, bend, or flow at the designer’s will.

Bandra Ohm Residential Tower in India
A couple of elegantly designed swimming pools for a residential apartment is quite a common thing in today’s world. But a swimming pool balcony at each floor of the building is something beyond imagination. Such an innovative building is the stunning Bandra Ohm Residential Tower – a project created by experts from the architectural studio of James Law Cybertecture, well known for a number of previous publications.
Designed to decorate one of the areas of Mumbai (India), Bandra Ohm Residential Tower is a truly impressive 140-meter structure, with mini infinity pools, which from afar look like two cascading waterfalls, and are simply enclosed in glass panels to give residents a panoramic view of the city while they swim. The design concept of the tower is said to be inspired by the ripple effect generated by water droplets, which is also known as the capillary wave. The complex looks stunning with its architectural structure representing ohm (Ω), a common ‘holy meditation’ symbol of Hinduism and also Buddhism. It’s clear that this majestic property is not for everyone but whoever affords staying there is sure to find a wave of comfort and a whirlwind of emotions.
