Rule #2. Hotel Brand

Remember that it’s better to consider the hotels in comparison. Therefore, choosing the hotel through the Internet, navigating to the “global chain” still stands.

Rule #3. Friend Advice

When it’s possible guide yourself by the recommendations of friends. Especially,  if they have travelled abroad not long ago. Friends can tell everything to the smallest details and give its assessment of those hotels where they had rested. In most cases, you can go to the recommended hotel without fear and calmly book rooms via the Internet virtually blind.

Rule #4. Hotel View

On what kind of feedback it is worth paying attention to? Compare the main characteristics of the hotel with the specific “evidence» of the seasoned travelers. Typical tricks “holiday sales”: to point out that the hotel is located on the seashore, it has a beautiful sandy beach, a set of services in the room – at the highest level. While it may be that the sea is 500 meters to go, if not more, beach entrance to the sea is not (for example, in Sharm el-Sheikh virtually you can access sea everywhere, but not from the shore, which is strewn with coral and requires special shoes), and the rooms may not be safe or dry enough, or you might need to pay an additional charge for it. Rule #5. Hotel Photos

Be vigilant, watching the hotel sites yourself. All of them are presented very, very beautiful. And it is typical for sites of western hotels, and of course Russian. Now, in the age of information technologies, smart marketers realize that the site is the image of the hotel. An image which is not visual for the upcoming guest yet. In fact, it may be that the hotel has been modernized with the latest technologies only in the reception compartment, and the rooms have not seen repairs for 5-10 years. So focus on the “official” photos of the hotel makes no sense.

Rule #6. Hotel Website

Book directly! Hotel website can be used for its intended purpose – for booking rooms. If you are traveling without a specific plan of your tours this is often an ideal option. A confirmation of your reservation will come to e-mail and when settling for your book you would have to pay, and if for some reason you do not make it to this hotel no one will ask you to pay any kind of charges.

You can book both hotel rooms and hostels through the Internet! It’s true, you will be asked to give your credit card in advance. This is to ensure that the hotel will send a confirmation (the so-called voucher for settlement), which, inter alia, requires the consulate for visa.

Many of this method seems to be too strenuous, because everything can be entrusted when travelling by an agency. This is so, but in some cases, for example, when you need a hotel in a particular town, remote from the beaten tourist trail in crowds, booking through the Internet – is the most convenient way. This method is suitable for those who are able to plan for many months in advance and are used to save money and time.

For example, you now, you can book a room in some European town in the beginning of the month in advance, to celebrate here a holiday taking place mid-month. And the prices will be the most attractive ones as usually they go higher during the holiday times!

Rule #7. Travel Agency

Do not avoid travel agencies. It is believed that the travel agency “wounds” the cost of the permits, simply reselling services of tour operators. This is not so! It’s not a fact that buying directly from the tour operator will cost you less than the agency. This can be confirmed by the personal experience. In the agency it will be easier to meet your budget and needs.

However, it will cause no harm to read reviews of tour operators and compare their services: very often the tour operators sell permits in the same hotels at different prices, the cost can vary considerably! With such a “comparison of experiences” it is already possible to go to the travel agency and ask to pick up a tour to a specific hotel for a particular tour operator.

Rule #8. Relax

Relax and enjoy! Even if you’ve been reading the negative reviews of your future hotel, which has already paid for, just never mind! Some people just love to spoil the rest of themselves and for the others, focusing on small things that you probably will not even notice. Let’s just wish you a successful online diving and cloudless holiday!

Let us remind, that according to the statistics provided by the National Agency of Vietnam, for the first 7 months of 2009 the country lost 18,7% of tourists compared to the same period in 2008. Major countries providing tourists to Vietnam, China, South Korea and Japan, showed a decline of 37%. The reason for this decline of interest of travelers to Vietnam is the financial crisis and pandemic “of swine flu”. However, local tour managers do not give up and believe that betting on sports trend in tourism will give further chances in the struggle to attract tourists to Vietnam and will become a great way for the budget fulfilling for this country.

Goa is divided into northern and southern parts. The border is considered to be Fort Aguada. The southern beaches are sandy, clean, designed for wealthy holidaymakers. The sea is warm, calm over there. While  not rich tourists, students, hippies, musicians, prefer to stay in the north.

North Goa

Anjuna is the most photographed beach of Goa. This means that you will not find privacy here. Lovers of exotics come here from everywhere. Also the full moon night raves are held here. So this is somewhat a perfect spot for those who like even more adventure.

South Goa

Her rebellious spirit still wanders in the neighborhood. It is said that on moonlit nights you can see her on the waves in a pearl necklace. This romantic history leads to the effect of possible stay with the beloved as the place believed to be a place for those who you like more.

Bogmalo
Bogmalo is small cove with a sandy beach surrounded by palm trees. Beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. It is only 4 km to Dabolim airport and 8 km to the port town of Vasco-Da-Gama. The waters are safe for swimmers, on the shore there are many cafes and souvenir shops. On the way to the beach is the Museum of naval aviation. In the depths of the coast you can see magnificent coconut groves. This beach is worth of visiting especially if your goal of visit is the active time spending in India.

Initially, Galactic Suite Space Resort will be a module, overflying the planet at an altitude of 450 kilometers at a speed of 30 thousand km/h and will be able to take only four guests and two professional astronauts. The flight to the hotel will take a half day. 43 people have already booked tickets.

The cost of the project is estimated at $3 billion.  The sale of tickets to space  started first  in Austria. The ticket is priced at 210 thousand euros.

Rocket Plane Global company also decided to start space tourism. The first ship is planned to start at the end of the 2011 from the spaceport in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As previously reported, in the middle of this century, the newlyweds will have a chance to spend honeymoon at a luxury hotel in outer space. According to experts of the Finnish airline Finnair, the space tourism is developing in an incredibly rapid pace.

Day in the outer space hotel where the newlyweds will be taken on the spacious spaceship, calculated for an average of 850 passengers, will cost approximately $10,000.

1. Don’t Play Pachinko
Despite the fact that gambling is not much welcomed in Japan, yakuza, of course, found a way to bypass restrictions and came up with “Japanese pinball”. 3. Don’t Drink in Park Hyatt Hotel
The bar, located on the top of the hotel, which became world famous through the film “Lost in Translation”, is worth to visit  if you are a fan of Scarlett Johansson and Bill Murray. Everyone else won’t be eager to pay 40-50 dollars for just a small plate of cheese and fruit.
It is better to look for a less glorious place, because you can admire the city views from many  other points. The first thing that comes to mind is a gallery and coffee shop on the roof of the shopping center Roppongi Hills.

4. Don’t Dress up as a Geisha
There are quite a lot of places that offer to dress you up as a real geisha. In some places for 100-300 dollars your face will be painted with white paint,  your hair  will be done just like geisha do and  your body will be wrapped in a silk kimono. Besides, you will be given several photos that will be possible to show your friends on arrival. Alas, no matter how hard makeup artist try, they cannot do anything with your European appearance, and you will still look extremely ridiculous in the traditional Japanese garb.
It is better to go and see the only Western woman who could become a real geisha.

5. Do not travel the country to see the best cherry blossom
Even if you happen to be in Japan in April, when the trees hid pinkish-white hazy blanket, do not immediately go on a trip to the country in pursuit of a better place, where you can picnic and enjoy the quiet of cherry blossoms. Two-storied hotel-river “Rekufuso”, which was in Iwate Prefecture, enjoyed a good reputation of a house with a home spirit for more than 300 years. To get here, tourists booked rooms in advance, for two or three years. In “Rekufuso”, according to eyewitnesses, it was possible to observe several different features, the most famous and popular of which was “dzasiki Varas” – house spirit, taking the appearance of a child. It is believed that only innocent souls can notice such home spirit, and yet it protects the children and brings happiness. There was a room in the old hotel where dzasiki could even be seen by the adult travelers. Many of the guests, spent the night in this room, and then talked about the success which had fallen upon them after a rest at the hotel.

But even when the ghosts remain in their coveted spot, continuing to attract tourists, it does not always satisfy owners. Thus, in one of the pubs of Hampshire was inhabited by a warm and cheerful spirit that pours beer mugs to visitors free of charge. Any traveler or local resident, looking into the bar and engrossed in conversation with a neighbor or released to the toilet, coming back, may discover that his circle has considerably been increased. Of course, rumors of such a generous serving, gather more and more visitors in a pub.

However, the hostess of the establishment is unhappy – in fact the spirit fills the cups, emptying the barrels of beer, which it acquired, not paying a penny. In addition, visitors stick to the pub for hours for free drinks without buying food or extra beer, so soon an exorcist will call in a pub, and “the bartender Ridi,” as the visitors nicknamed the hospitable spirit, should be removed to another place.
